It depends on how motivated you are. If you say that you will do something like homework, but you don't want to, you make excuses to make yourself do it. It all depends on what you want to do
Everything you do is your own free will. Life is just an obstacle waiting for you to over come. Everyone and everything is will simply have an effect on your choices. If your parents tell you not to do something, and you listen. It's simply your CHOICE to follow their wishes. You really easily could have snuck out to do as you wish.
Yes, I think we have free will. You can set your mind to anything and get very close to getting it. It kind of depends on how motivated you are compared to how motivated you think you are.

Yes, for the most part. Most of it is God given. Usually its all about how lucky you are. Because if a person that is paralized from the neck down and they want to be a all star basketball player, you cant really be that all star basketball player no matter how hard you try so that aspect of it is not free will.
i say it depends on how far u want to go to an extent you could have free will over a country like you were president, but if you wanted to be "ruler of the universe" you would have to be a lot more motivated.
If you are determined, then yes. You have to do your best, even though you might not make it to the highest level. You still have the power to do what you want, as long as it is pretty generic.
